Our 3rd quarter Mission Pot will go to IM SAFE Child Advocacy Center. The mission of the Ionia Montcalm Secure and Friendly Environment Child Advocacy Center is to protect children from abuse by providing prevention through education and to coordinate multi-disciplinary investigations, assessment, and treatment of child abuse in an environment that is child-sensitive, supportive, and safe.
They serve children ages 2 to 17 years old who have been sexually abused, severely physically abused, human trafficked, and children who have been exploited over the internet. The children they serve are also residents of either Ionia or Montcalm County.
